The system evaluates compatibility through four primary metrics:

4. Usage & Requirements

Hardware & Software Prerequisites

• Wearable Integration: Analysis primarily measures Heart Rate and HRV through a paired smartwatch or fitness tracker.

• Camera: A camera is not strictly required; analysis can occur during standard voice calls.

• Platform: Both parties must use the Zocialized platform to capture and time-sync the necessary audio and biometric data.

Call Connection Process

• Manual Connection: Calls do not connect automatically.

• Consent: Both parties receive a notification and must actively click or tap the "Join Call" button.

• Availability: If one party is offline or fails to join, the system will prevent the connection and prompt for rescheduling.

5. Privacy & Data Retention

• Raw Data: Raw audio recordings are stored temporarily for analysis and are subsequently deleted to ensure safety.

• Derived Data: Metrics such as the MatchIQ Score, Biometric Sync data, and Shared Topics are typically retained to personalize future matching and improve AI performance.
